Responsibility

• Responsible for Specialty Chemical Business Unit P&L management.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
• Oversee operational management including Processes, Quality, Sales, Warehouse and logistic etc.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives to meet quality requirement and production KPIs.
• Take lead of recruit, train and supervise staff.
  

Qualification

• Strong knowledge of Specialty Chemical industry with deep insights into the market trends and opportunity.
• Familiar with Semiconductor or TFT-LCD Wet Process.
• Experience in overseeing multiple sites with cross-functional management.
