Job Overview

The Engineering Solutions Department (ES) in Taiwan have a key role in the design and development of new products that aligns with the overall corporate strategy of SHL. The Project Manager is a dedicated and experienced leader with a strong technical background, attention to detail and have experience in product design and development.

Main responsibilities

• Lead new device product introduction projects with a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled experts
• Plan and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle (conception, design, engineering, technology transfer, verification) to achieve stakeholders’ need
• Support industrialization activities (launch, scale-up for mass production)
• Establish and maintain appropriate structures to ensure communication, the flow of information and documentation within the project
• Responsible for managing project scope, deliverables, schedule, resource, cost, and quality as well as reporting directly to relevant stakeholders within the organization
• Cross-functional role with strong interaction with various departments, internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
