職務說明The Exhibitions Project Manager is in charge of coordinating with HQ, APAC regional, local teams, Museum partners, and external parties for the preparation, set-up, event animation, and 360 degree-leverage of the exhibitions, within timeline and budget to maximize its impact on image, awareness and recruitment.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall planning, budget and execution:
1-1. Establish, coordinate project master schedule and timeline and ensure action plan, and execution.1-2. Map out and organize activations, partnerships and visibility all along the exhibition with the objective of driving and maximizing visitors’ traffic.1-3. Prepare budget plan, application, follow-up and monthly update. Ensure budget consolidation and controlling.
  • Support communications between the Taiwan team, APAC regional team, headquarter, Museum partners and other agencies/vendors:
2-1.Set up regular meetings with external agencies and internal local team, HQ and regional2-2.Be the daily contact with HQ, Museum partners and local vendors.2-3.Coordinate with all internal departments to set-up comprehensive 360 action plans (media plan, events, CRM, outreach actions, …)2-4.Coordinate overseas visitors’ and VIP’s schedules, arrange accommodations and transportation…etc.
  • Ensure the development and best use of supporting tools:
3-1.Develop exhibition editions & publications (invitation, exhibition-related books, leaflets, brochures…)3-2.Conduct gifting proposal and execution.3-3.Coordinate digital assets and tools with Media team3-4.Co-work with the Training team to develop training tools for internal and external parties.
  • Build external partnerships to drive traffic and awareness:
4-1.Define potential partners list.4-2.Prepare briefing documents, proposals and contact external partners.4-3.Set-up customized activities and engagement programs.
  • Post event report:
5-1.Write a comprehensive post event report.5-2.Complete the event-related expenses and payment status report.其他條件
  • 3-5 years of experience in a museum, PR agency, event management or similar position in an international company
  • Expertise in project/event coordination
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin a must, French is a plus
  • International & cross-cultural mindset
  • Good time management and able to prioritize and multi-task
