Your profile:

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Project Management and Sales roles such as key account management, area sales, vertical sales or distribution sales
• Proven result in complex management roles connected to sales and order execution
• Broad experience in Transmission market
• Experience in different business types, e.g. Products/ Systems Sales, channel management, project and order execution and Service.
• Leadership experience and proven track record in people management
• Proven capabilities in driving change and building sustainable teams
• Eligible to work in Taiwan
  
  

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Project Management Head, the Employee will carry the responsibilities to supervise Project Management teams in APAC for Transmission System business in Siemens Energy.

The areas of responsibilities cover the following:

• Reports to APAC Transmission System Head and is supported by assigned Project Teams (wherever available) in APAC countries
• Supervise and manage Project Management teams in APAC with focus on Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan from Start of Project (PM@Siemens milestone PM080) until End of Warranty (PM700)
• Act as a point of escalation and resolution on all project execution topics
• Implements PM, PMO and EHS guidelines and processes, and manages respective functional organization
• Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards
• Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization
• Prepares and contributes to contractual matters, with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients)
• Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations.
• Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, contracts and claims
• Manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations
  
  

KPIs for Project Management Head:

• Achieve 100% realization of APAC System projects backlog and turnover from project schedule
• Improve profitability of the projects by reducing Non Conformance Cost (NCC) and achieving variation orders.
