Location: Taipei, TaiwanResponsibilities

• Responsible for Civil, Cable route and Substation Building Architecture’s design and ensure that is comply Taiwan regulations
• Review and improve project engineering design, studying and analyse related reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
• Ensure EPC is complying with quality control requirements, including both material and method.
• Ensure project scheduled is being adhered to and reporting any possible delays to superior. Finding adequate solutions to ensure any lost time is made up without affecting the overall project schedule.
• Ensure project design complies with all federal, state, and local legal requirements, including any related to environmental and health/safety.
• Receive reports from EPC from time to time, review and prepare for onwards transmission to superior highlighting any current or potential issues.
• Oversee and manage relevant handover procedures for package ensuring seamless integration between stages and mitigating interface issues between contractors.
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving construction related issues as they arise.
• Supporting diverse work when is required.
• Supporting for bidding activities when its required
• Regularly to report status to Onshore Package manager

Qualifications And Skills

• Position to be based in Taipei, regularly travel in different cities, based on requirements.
• Minimum of Degree level in an engineering discipline.
• Formal engineering training and professional qualifications
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with an energy developer, utility, EPCI contractor, engineering consultancy or related field performing project management roles, with significant exposure to construction projects.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to manage issues as necessary.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Be ambitious, motivated and have the drive to succeed.
• Be a team player.
• Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
