Project Analyst / Business Development

工作内容

• Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive Shopee Mall’s growth.
• Define, identify, implement, and execute the business development / growth strategy for Mall. Drive / lead projects and initiatives by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Understand business pain points and carry out analyses to identify new opportunities that creates value to Shopee, sellers and buyers; ensure highly competitive in relation to the market.
• Deliver tangible outcomes through data-driven approach. Leverage strong analytical, project management and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Track performance throughout different seller types, categories and activities; agilely adjust to maximize Shopee Mall growth target achievement.
  
  

• Min 2 years experience in analytical role.
• Previous e-commerce/management consulting/ marketing experience are plus.
• Good business sense, good planner, detailed-oriented.
• Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
• Strong project management, time management and Good team player with a can-do attitude.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
