We are looking for Product Quality Manager (PQM) in Taiwan Product Quality Engineering Lab. NVIDIA is leading the way into high growth areas of Autonomous Driving, High Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Gaming. NVIDIA is pushing the technology hard in all areas including the advanced package technology. NVIDIA’s Quality Team is looking for a PQM that has a strong technical experience in the area of system data center, PCBA manufacturing/functional testing and customer complaint handling. You will be reporting to Senior Product Quality Manager.What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the communication / coordination with suppliers.
• Supervise and arrange the work for the technicians. Resolve issues that cannot be handled by the technicians.
• Set up Board and System capabilities and processes at TW PQE Lab. Review, procure and bring up new equipment as needed.
• Resolve facility issues, testing issues, human resource issues, logistic issues, cost issues and network issues at TW PQE Lab.
• Provide technical and administrative support at TW PQE Lab.
• Calibrate and perform maintenance on lab equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with vendor for immediate repair.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause and corrective actions to resolve the complaints from the customers.
• Summarize findings from analysis and driving quality improvements. Provide updates to customers on various quality issues.

What We Need To See

• BSc/MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience), MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in Semi-conductor industry with 3+ years of experience at management level.
• Excellent problem solving skills and data analysis skills.
• Background in chip/board/system level debug and lab management.
• Experienced in handling customer complaints and good understanding of factory manufacturing and test process.
• Experienced in establishing procedures and improving processes that affect immediate organizations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Knowledge of ICFA testing with Advantest V93000 tester.
• Good Knowledge of server product infrastructure and test methodology.
• Strong technical/debug skills in System Data Center / PCBA Troubleshooting.
