The ideal candidate must have the technical knowledge to work closely with our IC Substrate customers, sales team and service team, demonstrate good judgment to achieve business goals, exhibit sound decision-making ability, and show a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and organization skills are critical given the job responsibilities spanning multiple products and global customers.

Requirements And Role Responsibilities

• >6 years of combined technical and marketing experience, ideally within the IC Substrate or IC Assembly markets (semiconductor backend).
• Familiar with IC Substrate processes, especially in Lithography, Laser Drilling, solder mask, AOI and repair.
• Understand the IC Substrate industry and the ecosystem of IC Design house and its design rules
• A track record of defining and executing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create exceptional marketing collateral in English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Collect competitors’ information from all channels and analyze to create winning strategy
• Communicate a detailed understanding of the customer technology roadmap, inflections, competitive landscape, and solution requirements relative to KLA-Orbotech’s product portfolio
• Define go to market strategy together with divisional marketing and product team; execute the go to market strategy
• Support future product specification definition and roadmap
• Team player; need to work together with team from Sales/Pre-sale, R&D, and service departments. An ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams
  

Skills

• Master degree of Engineering/Mechanical/Electronics/Computer Science is preferred; candidate must be capable of learning new concepts quickly
• Ability to create excellent Power point, work with excel, Pivot chart and data analysis, and building presentation with high quality
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to have oral presentation in public and documentation writing
• Willing to work under pressure and able to response quickly with quality
• Willing to travel
