RoleKICKS CREW is looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and attractive web and mobile applications that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams
• Design intuitive user interfaces from information architecture all the way down to pixel perfect asset production
• Work closely with the team to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges that create amazing experiences for our users
• Create inspiring user-centered designs that take into consideration customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
• Rapidly produce working prototypes to put your designs to the test
• Work closely with our Customer Research team to understand our customers’ needs and apply that knowledge to your designs
• Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

???? About you

• 5+ years designing for digital products in web & app
• Proven track record of independently leading projects and managing designers
• A strong portfolio of product design with detailed interactions - experience creating IA, wireframes, visual design specs and product style guide. Ability to design experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, iOS and Android. Thinking in scalable systems, not one-off solutions
• Good speaking and writing skills in English
• Amazing written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver ideas and articulate results
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Principle, After Effects, etc.
• A Passion for sneaker culture as well as knowledge of fashion and design trends is a plus
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prior experience participating in user experience research and usability studies, able to provide advice and guidance on the implementation of User experience (UX) research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android and Adobe Creative Suite
