Position Summary

Air Liquide Far Eastern, a joint venture established in 1987 by the Air Liquide Group and Taiwan Far Eastern Group, currently employs around 580 people in Taiwan with more than 40 production facilities and service locations throughout the island and in major science parks in Taiwan. Inheriting innovative products, technologies and services from the parent companies, Air Liquide Far Eastern has gradually expanded the variety of gas supply and services for the Taiwanese electronics industry, general industry, medical industry, as well as home care, thus securing a vital position in Taiwanese gas market.

With the business growth, our Hsinchu office is looking for a Process Safety Engineer, who enjoys to conduct the process risk assessment and treatment, and manage the associated risk reduction measures.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Participates in the elaboration of the annual Process Risk Management plan

2. Implements the annual plan for the process risk assessment of existing operations

3. Conducts process risk assessments taking into account the Facility specific environment: neighboring population, natural and technological hazards

4. Ensures that the selected process risk reduction measures will allow to meet the criteria defined by the Group risk criticality matrix

5. Supports the Facilities and Activities in the implementation of the validated risk reduction measures, performing reviews in the field to confirm the effectiveness of the validated risk reduction measures.

Qualification :

1. Bachelor degree and above in Chemical Engineering, Environment Engineering, etc.

2. Experience in the process risk management, familiar with FEMA, HAZOP, FTA, LOPA, etc.

3. Certification in "製程安全評估人員" is preferred.

4.Familiar with API, IEE regulation.
