Isola is an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products.

Responsibilities

1. Trouble-shooting & process improvement to increase the process performance/capability.

2. Standardize process and Documentation of improvements and process understanding.

3. Product transfer from Corporate, evaluate new raw materials and Lead ENG test.

4. Conduct Lean,saving projects.

5. Other tasks from Managers.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, material science or chemical engineering.

2. Above 5 years working experience in Process Engineering.

3. CCL or PCB related industry experience is highly preferred.

4. Ability to read and write in English
