Job Overview

This job is to support the Project Managers in handling administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities

1. Carries out department tasks and supports project activities.

2. Ensure the completion of Project Managers administrative tasks within the expected time frame.

3. Documentation update, record and archive.

4. Route document approval process.

5. Prepare specific project material shipments to customer or suppliers.

6. Support and prepare customers’ visits.

7. Might need to support other various tasks.

Your Qualifications

• Open to graduated student, but 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic operating procedures and some expertise in a specific functional area.
• Familiar with Office clerical software.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive and deliver a work of quality in an efficient way.
• Driving for results.
• Expectation Traits: Independent, Positive, Attentive, Reliable.
• English proficiency in general discussion
