Physical Security Specialist (English speaker)

We are looking for a loss prevention and physical security expert, the role will be working in semiconductor BE/assembly factories in Hsinchu and Taoyuan, and representing our client, an advanced technology MNC, to communicate with factory management to ensure appropriate physical security controls are implemented and our client’s materials are well protected.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conducting security risk/vulnerability assessment and preparing reports

2. Introducing mitigation solutions to site management

3. Daily audit and report

4. Tracking audit findings to closure

5. Tracking and reporting audit activities

Work Hours:

5 days/week, 9 hours/workday (lunch break included)

Flexible work arrangement is negotiable

A successful candidate shall meet the below attributes

1. A good team player

2. Proficient language skills, capable of driving meetings in both English and Chinese proficiently with attendees from different language backgrounds

3. Good communication skills, capable of communicating technical concept with non-professional personnel

4. 3 years of work experience

5. College degree at either the associate’s or baccalaureate level

6. Work experience in physical security or semiconductor BE/assembly process is a plus
