• Actively develop partner management business, including technology partner development
• Grow business by addressing the market white areas in terms of geography/application/ industry
• Track performance and implementation of KPIs of the partners and define counter-measures where applicable
• Continuously optimize sustainable win-win systematic in terms of collaboration model and pricing
• Support partner in market development and annual target achievement
• Support in effective problem solving in collaboration with related stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Possess over 5 years of experience in managing the self-control product/industrial machinery equipment market and distributor market.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, stress resistance, adaptability in communication and coordination, and adeptness in handling various distributor-related situations.
• Have a solid understanding of Siemens Digital Industries, machine tool, and OEM product domains.
• Exhibit proficiency in English communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
