Your responsibilities

• Responsible for transfer agent and client service related & administration job and routine work of onshore funds and offshore funds
• Responsible for clients’ data maintenance and clients inquires
• Responsible for regulatory reporting (SITCA/ TDCC etc.)
• Responsible for New Clients on-boarding, Clients KYC regular review and monitor
• Responsible for internal and external communications and requirements
• Responsible for business projects and business initiatives
• Enhance work efficiency: Evaluate the options, such as system upgrade or outsource
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for

• undergraduate degree preferred
• A minimum of 5-years’ experience in financial industry is preferred
• Professional License: Trust Business Personnel Professional License & SITE regulation (信託業務人員&投信投顧法規) or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professional License (投信投顧業務人員) or Senior Securities Specialist License (證券商高級業務人員) is required
• Familiar with mutual fund business, fluent English in writing and verbal communication
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and counter parties
• A pro-active, independent worker with flexibility
