Objectives of Role:

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing

purpose, direction, and motivation.

• Identify when actual performance deviates from agreed tolerances and escalate

issues as necessary.

• Perform project tracking and reporting.

• Ensure that all required project documentation is completed and up-to-date.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope,

schedule, and budget.

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying

schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk

mitigation.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle,

setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.

• Coordinate project schedules by compiling tasks, costs, timescales and resource

requirement lists from key project participants indicating start and completion dates,

responsibilities and dependencies.

• Track performance against the budget and report any variances.

• Document scope changes and track approval by required parties to ensure benefit

realization.

• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels or

stakeholders and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

• Cultivate strong working relationships and communication skills with project team

members and corporate cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

• 5 years of business experience in SCM/Logistics fields

• Experience in contract logistics

• Experience in account management, operations management, and/or business

development

• Experience in project management
