• 每日追蹤客戶需求之貨物並將相關資料提供給客戶和倉庫人員
• 進出口物料追蹤並回報
• 貨物異常狀況追蹤及解決
• 特殊物料追蹤及進度回報
• 客戶端聯繫與客戶服務
• 倉庫報表管理與資料提供
• 主管交辦事項
