Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the company to all visitors. You will handle a vast majority of duties, from day-to-day tasks, vendor coordination, and event planning to property management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible, and executive enough to help run the workplace in a fast-paced environment like Kronos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to other departments.
  • Ensure that the office is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and conduct day-to-day bill payments
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office equipment and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects, including office rental, workplace design, and events related to employee benefits.
  • Provide support to senior management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
