工作内容

• Coordinate the development, the delivery and the measurement of prioritized medical affairs excellence initiatives, in collaboration with other regional operation excellence – Asia Area/International.
• Implementation and maintenance of MA system and process to ensure efficient, and appropriate implementation of MA-related works: such as CRM, insight system and Veeva, etc.
• Provide leadership and operational support to the execution of local implementation of projects dedicated to progress of medical excellence.
• Regular and accurate reporting of activity, goals and tracking of KPIs for MSLs (calls & insights)
• Responsible for medical dept capability building activities such as internal workshops.
• Conducting quarterly/yearly medical assessments
• Conducting coaching calls for MSLs
• Responsible to efficiently utilise the budget given to conduct activities related to medical excellence.
• Develop launch capability for medical affairs team and collaborate with Clinical Development Medical Lead and Medical Advisor Pipeline for model building.
• Ability to create a climate in which self-motivated team members will aspire to higher levels of performance by creating high standards, and by partnering with the other cross functional departments leading to a driven, rewarding and exceptional performance.
• Play a key leadership role within medical affairs including providing best practice sharing across regions, therapeutic areas, and medical capabilities.
