Are you a good match ?Do you have 3 years of experience in a media & digital role in multi-cultural & multi-functional work environment?Do you expertise in Digital Media, coordination, a nalytical & synthesis skills?Are you familiar with Google Analytics, Meta & LINE Official Account platforms?Are you a team player with initiative, responsibility, dedication, and a focus on accuracy and quality?Do you have good command of English & Chinese… If this is the case, then we would love to hear from you!What are we expecting from you ?Within the context of the fast growing framework of Taiwan media and digital acceleration (Increasing Line OA and Social Media workload), the Media & Digital Executive will assist the Media & Digital Assistant Manager in the implementation of the local media plan in line with international/regional media guidelines.

• In close coordination with Regional/local teams and media/production agencies, make sure of the delivery and execution of print & display assets (on-time & in line with Maison requests), and maintain owned social media in alignment with the international calendar.
• Proofread the contents of official website & social media, track the digital campaigns, and follow-up on content adaptation for media campaigns.
• Support the analysis of campaign results and deliver the competitor report.
• Administrative follow-up with the media agencies (Mediacom and IMAG)
• Guarantee a regular and up-to-date update of media consolidation documents (media flow plan) and group tool for budget consolidation, and provide the financial reporting for media investment tracking.
• Optimize media effort alongside with PR & event, and support PR shooting and event execution
