工作内容

基本職責和責任：

• 使用 CAD軟體( SolidWorks) 設計和分析衛星天線產品圖
• 設計和測試產品包裝的耐久性
• 根據要包裝的貨物圖、規格表和其他數據來估算船運輸包裝數量
• 根據產品需求生成工具設計，以支持處理、製造和測試複合零件
• 與生產部門合作規劃和改進產品流程
• 協助解決大規模生產和製造過程中與結構相關的問題
• 使用模具或雷射切割做樣品
• 準備詳細的天線產品測試報告

基本要求：

• 自我激勵，優秀的溝通技巧，積極解決問題，能夠在團隊環境中工作
• 至少擁有電氣工程、機械工程或相關領域的學士學位
• 至少 2 年的模具設計，製作和 CAD 經驗（AutoCAD 和 SolidWorks）
• 工作水平的中文和英文能力
• 3D 列印知識

次要要求：

• 與 OEM/ODM/JDM/CM 合作的經驗
• 了解大批量生產設計的產品開發過程，重點是製造設計和測試設計
• 能夠進行天線方向圖測量，包括有源元件方向圖、增益、G/T、波束寬度、旁瓣電平、同極化和交叉極化電平、軸比、回波損耗、插入損耗、耦合因子

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use SolidWorks to design and analyze product drawings for satellite antenna dishes
• Design and test durability of product packaging
• Estimate shipping capacity using our scope of work based on drawings of freight to be packaged, specification sheets and other data
• Generate tool designs based on product requirements to support handling, manufacture, and test composite parts
• Work with Production to plan and improve product processes
• Assist in solving structural-related problems in mass production and manufacturing processes
• Generate detailed test reports of antenna products

Basic Requirements:

• Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, proactive in resolving problems, and able to work within a team environment.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree for electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of tool design and CAD experience (AutoCAD and SolidWorks)
• Working proficiency in English
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
• Knowledge in 3D printing

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in working with OEM/ODM/JDM/CM partners
• Understanding of the product development process for mass-volume production design, with focus on design for manufacturing and design for test
• Able to make antenna pattern measurements including active element patterns, gain, G/T, beam-width, sidelobe levels, co and cross polarization levels, Axial Ratio, Return loss, Insertion Loss, coupling factors
