Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop strategic planning of merchandising programs to premiumize our brand positioning and strengthen visibility.
  • Work with HQ, supply chain and local vendor to manage for VM, Publishing and visibility material.
  • Ensure all material and execution are strictly followed HQ guideline.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Communication Strategy & Execution
  • Develop strategic planning of Online & Offline Media advertising campaign to enhance brand awareness and keep the concept of Exclusivity, explore media territories close to the target.
  • Work with HQ and local advertising agency for advertising activities.
  • Ensure advertising material are strictly followed HQ guideline.
  • Good sense of media operation and able to provide solid media plan to enhance the effectiveness of media budget.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and targeting audience’s usage/behavior.
Press Relations
  • Maintain and liaise with Online & Offline Media and to establish profound relationship with the Press
  • Maintain and Increase Brand Visibility via appropriate media channels.
  • Dispatch Press Release to local press and explore Media Angles to gain stronger Brand Visibility
  • Ensure Qualitative and Quantitative Editorial features.
  • Arrange related Press Trip (Watch&Wonder, Manufacture, The origin of the brand)
Event
  • Events Organization (Corporate, Press, Retail , Dealer)
  • To ensure Event Guidelines are followed.
  • To ensure Event Budget is strictly respected.
  • To liaise with Production House providing clear instructions and close supervision based on Corporate Guidelines.
  • To ensure Qualitative Event Execution.
  • To creatively form and well execution brand events to deliver the good and measurable ROI.
Reports
  • Monitor Qualitative and Quantitative Press Coverage
  • Monthly Editorial Press Coverage Reports, Monthly Communication & Business Report, Online Hummingbird Report.
  • Event related Reports.
Planning
  • A&P budget control.
  • Annual Marketing, Communication and PR plan.
Others
  • Perform any other appropriate duties and assist in all tasks delegated by the General Manager
  • PLV management included order and stock.
  • Liaise with local back office / HQ.
  • Provide strong support for Retail team and Wholesale sales to achieve annual budget.
  • Measure and report on the performance of Marketing/Communication campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Key Performance Indicators
  • The execution result and efficiency of On/off line media investment for Communication area.
  • Media Exposure Performance for PR area.
  • Event ROI.
  • A&P spending control.
  • Stock level of PLV, Publishing and POSM material.
  • Internal/external communication.
Knowledge and Professional skill
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing/Communication field in Luxury Industry (Fashion, Watch and Jewelry) or PR Agency is a plus.
  • Strong Connection with Luxury Watch/ Lifestyle Media a plus.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Familiarity with Digital/Social media strategy development and execution.
  • Good sense of Luxury goods and Fashion.
  • Strong and matured personality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good insight of targeting consumer and their lifestyle.
