Job Title:Manager, FinanceLocation/s:Tainan City TWN - Baodong Rd

• Responsible for Finance Controllership function, including financial closing, internal control (SOX) and local tax & statutory requirements.
• Responsible for Finance FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Lead planning processes, including setting targets, communicating assumptions, coordinating budget preparation, challenging submissions, and seeking synergies upon consolidation.
• Measure and drive customer profitability.
• Oversee and take necessary action for understanding and adherence to various DOA and compliance requirements.
• Partner closely with CFO, Asia to influence strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to drive strategy and develop plans to exceed financial commitments.
• Present financial statements and analysis to executive management and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. MBA Degree or CPA, preferred
• Over 7 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience for FP&A
• Knowledge about US GAAP and Local GAAP
• Measure and drive customer profitability
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership
• Strong problem solving, business case development, and communication skills
• High business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional and business leaders
• Leadership and management skills with a proven track record of building, leading, and managing through change
• Strong PC skills in a wide variety of applications, including Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, SAP Business Warehouse and BA&R.
• Experience in manufacturing site/ automotive preferred
