A Medical device corporation is looking for a Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Draft and review English & Chinese contracts
• Asist in Intellectual Property management
• Communicate with external law firm
• Deal with Litigation and non-litigation affairs
• Legal compliance and Risk Assessment
• Provide Legal consultation to legal related issues.
  

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of inhouse legal experience
• Familiar with contract drafting
• Good English writing proficiency
• Great Communication and project management skill
