Manufacturing and Global Procurement > COO APAC > TS/PQ, Offshore TaiwanTaiwan offshore Production Quality department work through technical approach towards Quality by following process monitoring and control. Focus on continuous improvement process. We ensure that product is manufactured as per the set standardsResponsibilities

• Ensure that products and processes comply with specifications. Ensure factory comply with international quality management system standard
• Ensure that quality system & QDA system comply with requirements. Influence any process that affects quality within the factory and push for, facilitate and support quality improvements
• Enhance customer -quickly react for custom demand and complain
• Quality system audits (Internal & Group level & Customer)
• VDA internal audit
• Maintain and optimize QDA& NC system
• Continue to improvement quality
• Product NC handling
• Improve product quality performance (CTQ)
• Accountable for own safe working in line with HS&E policy
• Accountable for Q tools/ quality documents in process
• Accountable for process quality indicators performance and analysis
• Support validation of changes in products and processes
• Deal with Level 2/1 NC with R&D
• Ensure best practice sharing

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Science / BE / B Tech
• 3-4 years of experience in Quality- Good to have blades manufacturing experience
