Lead Lab Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Taiwan

Required Skills:

§ Coordinate service requests for critical, preventive and planned maintenance schedules for lab equipment, Rack, Hardware, Electrical/Mechanical, fixtures, fitting, safety and security equipment.

§ Manage all Electrical/Mechanical matters in good operation condition including but not limited to HVAC, FCU, Cooling system, UPS & Power management in compliance with procedures and policies.

§ Assist in coordinating of various aspects of Safety, Security and Environment, and the implementation of such practices and initiatives.

§ Ability to handle projects by providing proposal for improvement, space upgrades, refurbishments/renovation and well extensive knowledge to floor loading and EHS related advice.

§ Partner up with Facility management for regular audit/maintenance and provide update.

§ Maintain a thorough understanding of all documented processes and procedures.
