The Role

We are looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) manager based in our Taipei or Kuala Lumpur office. This role is essential to the daily operations of our global offices. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the ITSM team, processes and infrastructure, including software and hardware, and acting as the primary owner for system account lifecycle management according to EMQ’s InfoSec and business processes.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Build and optimize ITSM policies and processes and be the point of contact and subject matter expert to our external and internal stakeholders
  • Create short-term and long-term ITSM strategies and execution plans based on business requirements
  • Act as the technology consultant and manage the system implementation processes from evaluation criteria through post-integration integrations
  • Coordinate with counterparts in our global offices to ensure the delivery of IT services

What We’re Looking For…

  • People management: prior experiences in building and leading an ITSM team across geographical locations and timezones
  • Project management: proven experience in managing ITSM projects and preferably with certifications, such as PMP and ITIL
  • Communications: demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and negotiate priorities
  • Technical knowledge: you have a good set of technical knowledge in the latest IT hardware trend, networking, VoIP, and cloud-based services
  • Relevant experience: previous experience in working in an ISO27001 environment is a plus
