Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, identify and prioritize requirements.
• Implement data analytics effectively into business processes.
• Ensure business intelligence systems meet organizational requirements.
• Foster a team environment in alignment with company core values, provide coaching, mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
• Break down data silos, promote a digital culture and build/buy digital business technology platforms where needed.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum BA degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a number of years gained within manufacturing environments.
• Knows SAP, HANA, FICO, HCM, Project Management, Digitalization & Strategic Planning.
• Ability to lead and manage under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty.
