Description

• Establish and maintain relations with investors and shareholders.
• Conduct industry and business analysis, financial analysis and peer analysis; prepare periodical and other relevant reports.
• Responsible for capital market related projects and studies.
• Facilitate board meetings and shareholder’s meetings.
• Other ad hoc tasks.

Profile

• 10 years business analysis or IR related experiences, quick learner to new technology. 
• Demonstrate integrity trustworthiness, responsiveness, and independence. 
• Communication skill with internal staffs and external parties. 
• Analytic skill for analysis management reports provided to business head. 
• Good English to communicate with overseas.
