About the role…

Ally Pallet, an innovative start-up specializing in pallet rental, is seeking a Manager of Investor Relations to assist with the ongoing fundraising project and develop the IR plans of the company. This role will be responsible for creating and presenting a clear and consistent investment message to potential investors, as well as monitoring and reporting the opinions of investors and analysts regarding the company’s performance. The role also establishes and maintains relationships with key funding sources, organizes IR-related activities, and assists in the development and execution of IR plans.

Job Responsibilities

What you will do...

• Establishing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with investors.
• Designing and implementing collaboration models with external organizations and executing partnership plans.
• Planning equity strategies and assisting in the company’s development and execution of investor relations (IR) plans.
• Proficient in operational analysis, industry analysis, and financial analysis reporting.
• Establishing connections with key funding sources such as banks, securities asset management firms, and trusts.
• Organizing IR-related activities, including presentations, investor understanding, and company interviews.
• Maintaining good relationships with investors and industry analysts.
• Monitoring post-investment management and the overall performance of the company.

Essential and Functional Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or economics is required; an advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management; experience in the venture capital or fund Investment industry is a plus
• Experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Google Workspace
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
