Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about what you can achieve in corporate communications department. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes, and work with internal digital systems to post news and stories.

To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current communication/PR campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

• Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Perform research at a supervisor’s request.
• Update intranet/enterprise social network with information
• Translate copy for posts from English to Chinese or vice versa.
• Write simpler copy, such as notices/announcements, in both English/Chinese
• Create simple content, like short videos

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A final year student or recent graduate.
• Eager to learn and work with various teams in the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with digital tools.
• Ability to multitask.
• Cope well under pressure.
• + likes taking photos or videos
