Responsibilities

• Support the organization and the production of regular reports and meeting materials.
• Maintain internal database of regular reports.
• Assist Banking & Securities team in the events and training.
• Handle marketing material storage and the daily administrative operations for the team.
• Manage client engagement expenses as well as administrative work and filing for the team
  
  

Experience / Knowledge Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor degree in business administrative related fields is preferred.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to arrange the requests in proper manner with problem solving skills and flexibility.
• Open-minded and proactive attitude, excellent communications skills in verbal and writing.
• SITE & SICE License is MUST
