As ASIC Product Engineering Intern at Micron Technology, Inc, you will be working with cross functional teams and learning about ASIC product development, manufacturing, validation/qualification, failure analysis, yield improvement, and RMA investigation in different phases from NPI to HVM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineers to understand ASIC product specifications and requirements.
• Assist in evaluating and validating ASIC designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, test, and quality assurance, addressing product-related issues.
• Participate in the analysis of product performance data, contributing to comprehensive reports.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications and test procedures.
• Assist in identifying and resolving product-related challenges during the development lifecycle.
• Gain hands-on experience in ASIC bring-up, validation, and debugging processes.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of ASICs into end-products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ASIC product engineering.
  
  

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in ASIC product engineering and semiconductor technology.
• Basic understanding of ASIC design principles and validation processes.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to product characterization and validation plans.
• Effective communication skills in English for collaborative work within cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate product documentation.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
