工作内容
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
• Provide overall leadership and guidance on human resources activities.
• Implement company’s compensation program.
• Manage manpower planning in accordance to expansion requirements and provide
advice on talent acquisition and workforce management.
• Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and
challenges.
• Update the company’s salary budget, evaluation program and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local policies and labor laws.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel.
• Conducting interviews and employee relations counselling.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Oversee and manage general affairs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources
