Your opportunity

The main role of this position will serve as a first contact point to Kering Corporate, provide professional Recruitment and Business Partner services, support Employee Engagement, Learning and Talent Development projects. This role will work closely with Head of HR Taiwan and HR APAC team, respond in a good quality of local service to Corporate. In addition, this role is also in a direct connection with local HR team Kering Houses, coordinate with all cluster level projects and activities. Therefore, a result-oriented business mindset and a high level of communication maturity is required.

How you will contribute

  • Contribute to the execution of the yearly people plan in line with the Kering Taiwan People Strategy.
  • Support the Corporate short and long term business development needs to drive professional HR services, includes but not limited to organization change, recruitment, staffing, employee engagement, internal communication, talent development and etc.
  • Fully support business growth through providing in-time and high-quality recruitment results.
  • Assist to review and analyze business requests to identify and recommend business partner solutions to improve employee performance, retention, development and employee value proposition.
  • Work closely with Head of Human Resources and business unit leaders to ensure local HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within the Group, e.g. trainings, employee survey, staff sale activities and etc.
  • Ensure all HR practices, records and etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordination with flawless execution of Global, APAC HR Initiatives.
  • Participate in other projects, programs or activities, as assigned.

Who you are

Experience, business and technical skills

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in HR Recruitment or BP function
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Experience in building credible and trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-confidence that is balanced with ability to influence in professional and constructive manner
  • Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Organized and structured

Soft skills:

  • A passionate and helpful team player, who can deliver high quality service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellence in both oral and written English.
