Job Description

  • Collaborate with HR managers and cross-functional teams to assess HRIS requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet system needs.
  • Analyze performance metrics of HRIS and troubleshoot application issues to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile comprehensive data analysis reports.
  • Implement and upgrade HRIS applications, delivering training guides and technical support to stakeholders across different countries/regions.
  • Develop prototypes and system specifications to align with HR requirements, implementing new processes and systems for streamlined HR management.
  • Enhance HRIS processes, integrate cutting-edge software, and conduct diagnostic tests to optimize system performance.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to derive insights from HRIS data and execute targeted queries.
  • Oversee project management and vendor relationships to enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct audits on HR processes and documentation, including hiring, termination, and payroll administration, as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and HRIS trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Formulate a system deployment plan, create supporting materials, and provide train-the-trainer sessions for successful system implementation.
The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive HRIS expertise: Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, implementation, and troubleshooting. Familiar with ERP-SAP system is preferred
  • Analytical mindset: Proficient in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in HRIS applications, software integration, and diagnostic testing.
  • Project management skills: Ability to oversee implementation, upgrades, and vendor relationships.
  • Communication and collaboration: Effective communication, training, and support for stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: Proactive approach to optimize HRIS processes and drive efficiency.
  • Language skill: profession in English and Mandarin
