【Essential Duties and Responsibilities】

1. Compensation and benefits administration(eg. Salary Adjustment, bonus, salary structure).

2. Participate salary survey process and assist the payroll processing activities.

3. Coordinate annual performance review process and trainings.

4. Participate C&B related project planning and implementation, including HR system implementation.

5. Audit payroll data and correct data as necessary.

【Requirement 】

1. University degree or above.

2. Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in HR field, prefer focus on compensation and benefit.

3. Knowledge of HR related law.

4. Good working attitude and team-player.

5. Good communication & interpersonal skill

6. Fluent in English is plus.
