Job Description

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership
• Drive recruitment and talent management
• Establish effective performance management systems
• Drive global compensation and benefits strategies
• Manage employee relations
• Develop and execute global training and development programs
  

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years working experience in full function HR
• Leadership experience
• Regional/International/HQ HR point of view exposure
• Familiar with change management execution and planning
• Ability to be flexible for international business travelling
• Fluent English and Mandarin
