工作内容
Position Summary- Recruitment management, employee engagement, review management (including probation review and performance review) and exit process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dept. head to build up recruitment strategy.
- Managing recruitment processes from recruitment channel, talent sourcing to interview arrangement, post-interview meeting with hiring managers
- Talent pipeline/database/platform buildup
- Pre-onboard preparation and onboarding process
- Probation review arrangement and process improvement
- Take ownership of performance review process
- Execute retention program to retain talents
- Exit process management
- Generating routine reports to different departments as needed
- Support in events, celebrations, team building, and other activities
- Support admin team when needed
