Head of Sales and Marketing (Global leading MNC)

工作内容

• Lead the Sales and Marketing team to contribute to the strategic direction of the business in Taiwan.
• Identify and develop new opportunities, especially in Telecom & banking or Tech industries to achieve or exceed revenue for Taiwan market.
• Sales pitch for new clients and develop strategic plan for existing clients. Frequently work with client C-suite.
• Drive incremental acquisition of partnerships and penetration within the existing relationships to bring out business profitability.
• Achieve new growth with innovative digital approach and product.
• Oversee the business development activities of direct reports. Provide timely and accurate monthly sales management and KPI reports

• 10+ years experiences of B2B, direct sales of intangible services in leading MNC
• 10+ years of senior sales management experience with people management responsibility (from scratch)
• Strong relationship experience in financial service (such as finance, banking, insurance, FinTech) industry is a strong plus
• At least Bachelor’s degree.
• Native Mandarin and proficient in English
