工作内容

•As a HW Tech Lead, the position provides the opportunity for setting the technical and design direction for a cutting edge datacenter’s products.

• Candidate will be expected to lead team members to complete routine engineering tasks with less guidance.

• Duties include all activities necessary to take a design from concept/POC/RFI/RFP to production (MP). Include architecture definition, schematics, component selection, system/board level debug, test, issue resolution and factory ramp support.

• Design for Supply Chain Resiliency and solve Continuity of Supply challenges. This includes feature definition, supplier selection, development process execution and improvement, integration testing, fault isolation and resolution, manufacturing release, and resolution of design issues found in the field.
