職稱：Global Sourcing Manager

工作內容：
1.Develop and maintain sourcing strategies
2.Lead, prepare and execute RFx process
3.Secure alignment with sourcing related milestones and checklists
4.Evaluate and select suppliers and conduct supplier negotiation
5.Ensure supplier agreement implementation
6.Build and maintain partnership relationships
7.Ensure on-time delivery from suppliers
8.Review and feedback suppliers’ performance periodically for their better execution

其他條件：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as engineering, operations, or business administration
2. 10+ years of relevant work experience in sourcing and supplier management
3. Experience of working at a fabless semiconductor company is preferred
4. Experience of managing OSATs and substrate suppliers is preferred
5. Sourcing practice, process & strategy knowledge
6. Commercial and Financial acumen and skills
7. Ability to speak and write Chinese and English
