Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Our client dedicates on developing oncology supporting treatment medicines and producing potential generic drugs to the world.

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis and development of annual plan
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Training low-level managers and staff.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Leads staff in the strategic development, integration and execution of the business plan to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyzes results against forecasts and presents to senior management.
• Initiates the development of sales plans, business plans and product development plans.
• Cultivates relationships with key decision makers at hospitals.
• Ensures the tactical execution of the company marketing strategy.
  

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience of generic and API market is a must
• At least 5 years of experience in division management (Sales and Marketing)
• University educated in business or related disciplines
• Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration is plus
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin)
