Responsibilities

Business analysis

• Cooperate closely with sales team to understand volume movement, raise reasonable question, and provide insightful analyses at channel level

• Timely submission of volume report (including actual, MMVF, LE, and Budget)
• PAF/Commitment review with relevant comment
• A&P spend tracking and landing projection by working with different stakeholders
• Contracted outlet performance tracking (LS and OT)
• Pricing review at channel level
• PAF/Polaris data maintenance
• Ad hoc requirement
  

Qualification, Experience & Skill Required

• 3+ years related experience in multi-national companies

• Solid managerial accounting and reporting know-how/experience
• Experience in Big 4 CPA firm is a plus
• Good analytical and synthetic skills
• Sensitive to numbers and trends
• Solid communication skills
• Familiar with Essbase, JDE, Hyperion, OBIE, Salesforce
• General industry understanding/knowledge is a plus
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Entrepreneurial and flexibility to think out of box
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and be a team player
• Communication savvy
• Good spoken / written English
• University graduate with major in business related disciplines, CPA certification a plus
• Taiwan work permit is required
