About the role

The foundry quality manager is responsible for the quality management compliance at an external front-end factory (foundry). The role is reporting into the Front-End Quality Director.

What you will do

• Quality stakeholder to enable fab transfers of Analog & Logic processes
• Management of day-to-day operational management with external foundry
• Qualification, incl auditing, of foundries and suppliers with VDA 6.3
• Management and approval of product non-conformity requests and process change notes
• Support of customer visits and audits at foundry as Nexperia face-to-the-customer

What you will need

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, physics or chemistry
• Experience with Quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG and VDA
• Good Chinese and English spoken and written
• IC semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Problem solving methodologies and quality tools like 8D and 5why
• Excellent communication and interfacing in teams
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical thinking
