FOU Jacket Fabrication HSE Lead

Location:Taiwan

Scope

• Monitor and evaluate employees’ and contractor employees’ HSE performance.
• Motivate and coach others to improve HSE leadership and culture.
• Perform HSE inspections and safety audits.
• Incident reporting and follow up with Contractors.
• Perform investigations following an HSE incident.
• Prepare project safety reminders or alerts following an HSE near-miss or incident.
• RAMS / HIRA / HAZID review and alignment.
• Review of HSE and foundation package submittals.
• Management of observation, near miss and incident data received from main subcontractor.
• Actively promote a strong HSE culture with all contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Country specific legal requirements.
• Ensure all procedures, legislation and risk assessment methods are dutifully followed.
• Input towards project reporting, presentations and reports.
• PPE management for project staff onsite.
• Conduct HSE induction for new HL project staff onsite.
• Compile and provide monthly reporting to main office. (KPI, HSE stats, etc.)
  

Task Specific

• Acting as subject matter expert in managing HSSE Compliance through handling observations and providing advice on issues related to manufacturing and construction activities.
• Knowledgeable in lifting gears and equipment inspection.
• Assist in reviewing lifting plans and SIMOPS operations to identify safety risks.
• Proactive in carrying out safety audits and inspections as and when deemed needed.
• Work closely with the main contractors HSE department in realizing project safety goals.
