 Bachelor in Accounting or Finance.
 Plus 7 years experience including at least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within an accounting department.
 Expertise in accounting and taxation in a transnational context. 
Familiar with SOX regulation.
 Strong and convincing communication skills in English.
 Highly communicative, team-spirited as well as quick to adapt to competitive and changeable environment
To assist the Controller in managing Finance Department functions including Forecasting and Financial Analysis. Consolidates financial information, preparing reports and statements and report to Controller. 
Manage tax compliance and tax accounting.
 Achieves daily / weekly/monthly/quarterly processing/reporting objectives.
 Leads and delivers on Audit and Compliance objectives.
 Sets targets for improvement in all key operational areas – e.g. AR Outstanding, cost reduction, Days to Close, Payroll processes, Fixed Asset validation, etc.
 Advise and provide financial support and analysis around current business models and help recommend future enhancements for operations and business development activities. Support and analysis may include financial forecast and variance files and other administrative matters.
