I am working on a Finance Director/CFO position for one of the Leaders in the Water Energy sector.

Seeking for someone with:

• 5 or more years of experience managerial and / or team leadership position
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of finance function, including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of management reports and supervision of the finance department.
• Business partnering with the functional stakeholders and business heads in key areas of decision support and opportunities in the market.
• Delivering analysis and business insights to enhance business operating performance.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Estimate funds required for the short- and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• At least 5 years of experience managerial and / or team leadership position
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think “big picture” and work in detail (hands-on mentality)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
