The Role

Working as a Finance Business Analyst based in Zhubei/Taipei, you will:

• Conduct inventory reconciliation between cost accounting system and operation systems.
• Manage quarterly standard cost change for all Business Units, assess current process and make recommendations to improve cycle time, accuracy and ensure on-time update of standard across the company.
• Drive Automation of Financial reporting, enabling self-serve and improve data visualization for our business partners.
• Lead Cost Reductions Initiatives in both project management, as well as measuring and tracking programs results.
• Review current processes, assess risks and make recommendations on short term containment plans, and long-term remediation plan.
• Drive implementation of new Financial instruments: data visualization tools, data mining tools, Robotic Process Automations etc.
• Support the preparation of the Group Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and forecasts covering the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet and other KPIs, which will involve:
• Liaising with Dialog Business Units developing two-way understanding of trends in performance, key issues, activities, and timetables
• Assisting in the production of executive summaries which distil the data and focus on the key issues.
• Perform a high standard of ad hoc analysis and financial modelling supporting both Senior Finance Management and Senior Executives of the Operation Team e.g., strategic project analysis, Operational enhancements etc.

What We Are Looking For?

• BA/BS Degree; preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-10 years Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred (semiconductor experience is a plus)
• Qualified accountant with relevant business partnering experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and business concepts.
• Proven track record of process improvements.
• Able to work independently and proactively pursuing team goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Business Intelligence Tools a Plus.
