Facility Assistant

Job Purpose

Keep plant facility in good condition and running well by daily maintain and management, perform continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Waste management (cooperation with external providers)
• Waste water system monitoring, operating, and managing
• Facility management and building safety incl. maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas of the company building
• Handle surveillance inspection and audit
• Ensuring facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards;
• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
• Tasks assigned by manager

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations

• Directly report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
• Needs to closely cooperate with APU (Production), Supply Chain and QEHS within plant.
  
  

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Bachelor or Bachelor’s degree on engineering related (Must)
• At least 5 years’ experience on plant facility related . (Must)
• Certificated on facility related (Preferred)

• Possess strong knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems within facility.
• Collaboration and accountability
• Proactive working attitude, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
